Returning an order which was delivered by postal package
You can return an item/items as customers return by Posti. An item/items need to be intact and in its original package.
Take a package to Posti and inform contract number 630082. Posti will find our contact details with this contact number. Please add your contact details and reason for a return into your package. Please do not write anything on the package.
When we have received your package, we will check the condition of item/items and we will do a refund by Klarna. Return cost will be subtract from refund. The return cost is 7,90 € when you return an item/items by postal package. Refund of your order will go through Klarna, by the original method of payment in a few weekdays (within 2 weeks).
Klarna will be in contact with you if they need more information for the refund.
In case you want an item/items to be picked up from your home, please be in contact with our customer service (email: verkkokauppa@veke.fi, phone: 09 425 50420). We will order a pick-up from Posti and we will charge a return cost which is the same as a delivery fee of your order.
Returning an order which was delivered by freight
Return cost is 49 € when Posti picks an item/items from your yard and 89 € when Posti picks an item/items from your front door. Please note that Posti won't pick up from inside due to corona.
1. Please be in touch with our customer service: verkkokauppa@veke.fi or phone 09 425 50420. The customer service will advice you with return policy and will order a pick-up from Posti. Posti will agree the time for a pick-up with a customer.
2. Please pack an item carefully in its original package and an item needs to be intact.
3. Please add your contact details and reason for a return into your package. Please do not write anything on the package.
4. When we have received your return, we will check the condition of item/items and we will do a refund by Klarna. Return cost will be subtract from refund. Refund of your order will go through Klarna, by the original method of payment in a few weekdays (within 2 weeks).
Returning an order to Veke's pick-up point or warehouse
Please return an order primarily to Veke's pick-up point or warehouse. In case there isn't pick-up point or warehouse in your municipality, you can return an item/items to Veke store.
1. Please pack an item carefully in its original package and an item needs to be intact.
2. Please add your contact details, order number and reason for a return into your package. Please do not write anything on the package.
3. Return an item/items to pick-up point or warehouse and tell a reason for return shortly. When we have received your package, we will check the condition of item/items and we will do refund. The refund will be done promptly however within 14 work days since return has arrived to pick-up point or warehouse. If your order is done by online store, refund will go through Klarna, by the original method of payment.
Note!
The right of return doesn't apply to customized products whose dimensions or other characteristics deviate from normal product standards. Such products are, for example, made-to-measure products or extra-high beds, as well as hygiene products such as pillows, blankets, sheets.
