Please be in contact with our customer service in case you have returned an item/items to our Veke store or pick-up point and you haven't got refund during couple of work days.
In case you have returned an item/items by Posti, it can take several work days until return has been investigated. If it has been 2 weeks since you made return and return hasn't been registered, please be in touch with our customer service. In order to speed up the investigation let the customer service know a tracking code of return parcel please.
