We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. Items must be returned in saleable condition and packed in their original packaging.
Returning via Posti:
Return to a Posti service point:
Pack the product carefully in its original packaging in saleable condition. Do not write anything on the package.
Take the package to a Posti service point and provide Veke’s contract number: 630082. Posti will print an address label on your package with our return address.
Once the products arrive at our warehouse (estimated 3–5 business days), we will check their condition and issue a refund to your original payment method.
The refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return via Posti pickup:
You can order a Posti pickup for the return. Posti pickup fees will apply depending on the type of pickup.
Contact our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@veke.fi or +358 9 425 50420 for instructions and to arrange a pickup. Posti will coordinate the exact pickup time with you.

Return to a Matkahuolto parcel point:
Pack the product carefully in saleable condition in the original packaging.
Include the completed return form in the package.
Take the package to a Matkahuolto parcel point and provide the return number: 9563911. Keep the tracking number for reference.
Once the items arrive at our warehouse (estimated 3–5 business days), we will check their condition and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Return via Matkahuolto parcel locker:
Pack the product carefully in saleable condition in the original packaging.
Use the return number 9563911 in the Matkahuolto app or website to get a shipment-specific activation code.
Write the activation code, your name, and phone number on the package.
Drop the package in a Matkahuolto parcel locker.
Once received at our warehouse (estimated 3–5 business days), we will check the items and refund your original payment method.

Returning to a Veke store:
Pack the product carefully in saleable condition in the original packaging. Do not write anything on the package.
Take the package to a Veke store and provide the original order number.
A store employee will process the return, inspect the product, and issue a refund to your original payment method.
