Refunds are returned via the payment provider to the same card used for the payment. The amount will appear on your card within the next few business days, but no later than 2 weeks. The payment provider (Klarna or Svea) may contact you separately regarding the refund.
Veke Bank Transfer:
Refunds are transferred to the account you provided within the next few business days, but no later than 2 weeks. If the refund does not appear in your account within the expected time, we recommend contacting our customer service for assistance.
Credit/Debit Card:
Refunds are returned to the same card used for the purchase within the next few business days, but no later than 2 weeks. If the refund does not appear on your card within the expected time, we recommend contacting our customer service for assistance.
Cash:
If the original order was paid in cash, the refund will be issued at a Veke store. You will receive the amount directly at the store.
