We offer the option to split your order into two separate deliverys if it contains both in-stock and backordered items. This does not incur any additional costs, and in-stock items will be delivery without delay.
Here’s how to manage orders with separate shipments:
Place your order from our online store as usual.
In the checkout summary, you can choose whether you want your in-stock items delivered immediately or if you prefer to wait for all items to arrive.
If you want your in-stock items delivered right away, select “Deliver in-stock items immediately.”
This allows your order to be split into two parts: in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and backordered items will be delivered in a separate deliverys.
