You can place an additional order with us if your previous order has not yet been processed for delivery.
- Simply order the products you want from our online store as usual.
- Select the same delivery method as your original order.
- In the checkout summary, you’ll find a comment field (Additional information for your order). Please add the following message there:
- "This order should be delivered together with order XXXXXXXX."
After this, we will manually combine your additional order with your original order. We will automatically remove the lower delivery fee. We aim to deliver both orders at the same time whenever possible. However, please note that shipments may arrive separately if your orders contain products from different warehouses or are delivered via Posti home delivery (multi-package shipment).
